CADear Randall,
That sounds familiar!

United KingdomDear Paul,
I am not offended in the slightest by your comments. I might not agree with them, but no offense taken.
I also don't mind at all that you quoted Jed McKenna several times. I quote him a lot more than that!
The one thing I WILL agree with is your criticism of the term "Infinite I" - but not for the reasons you stated. I think I was pretty clear in my book that finding a term for the consciousness on the other side of the Field that is choosing our holographic experiences was the most difficult task in designing the Model. I definitely did NOT want to use "Higher Self." But in the past 10 years after writing the book, and with the new research into ancestor simulations, I am now leaning toward that "snot-nosed kid" (Neil deGrasse Tyson) sitting in front of his/her computer in the basement of his/her parents house on a planet in the constellation of the Southern Cross as that consciousness - which is what my second book is all about (https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/1007037)
And you should like the fact that it is a VERY short ebook.

CaliforniaDear Randall,
Thanks for this. If it's true, I can be proud that I am skidding in broadside. It HAS been quite a life that I have enjoyed - more like 10 lives wrapped up into one body. No wonder it's used up and worn out. And yes, What a Ride!

VietnamDear Thuy,
Your question about health is, for me, one of the most difficult to answer. My own health is less than optimum to say the least. I spent another 5 days in the hospital in late September with severe bleeding after what was supposed to be a routine colonoscopy. In fact, when I look at all the surgeries and medical procedures I have had in my life, 70% of them have resulted in abnormal, unexpected complications. Does this mean that I am a terrible patient, or does it more reflect the medical care available today? Or neither?
For myself, I do not consider my health conditions to be anything more than another holographic experience created by my Infinite I. I have taken some solace in the Book of Job in the Bible, which basically blames Satan for Job's problems, rather than being some result caused by Job's behavior or faith. One thing's for sure, I am able to objectively look at my own situation with much more peace of mind and acceptance having become a butterfly.
This question of cause and effect relating to health is not easy. One could say that drinking poison would cause severe problems, and even death. But there are devout religious sects whose followers drink poison with no negative results. Where is the cause and effect there?
The best I can say is that, once again, a lot depends on your beliefs and judgments, which themselves create and trigger cause and effect health-wise. However, it remains to be seen whether someone who has let go of all their beliefs and judgments (and fears) could step in front of a bus going 50 miles an hour and survive.
As I said, for me, I try to remain an objective observer and not a victim as my body deteriorates from day to day (waking up with something else wrong every morning). And I sure don't go blaming me or my lifestyle/diet/exercise for my problems. Rather it's a choice my Infinite I has made for me to experience, and I try not to resist it - although I would of course choose something different if it were up to me.

FlDear OG,
Please forgive a very tonal (see Castañeda) reply to a very nagual comment, but you don't need any advice from me - except to suggest you might not want a publisher. I can give you numerous reasons why not, but the bottom line is that ebooks are the way to go these days, again for a lot of reasons that have very little to do with money. "Butterflies," for example, has been downloaded 100,000 times. Now, I'm not saying that all 100,000 have actually read it, but for sure that's more than would have purchased a published paperback. So if your interest is in getting your message to as many people as possible, you might reconsider a publisher and go with an ebook. Plus, a publisher is going to take your copyright. Just a thought.

WADear Tom,
Once again I couldn't agree more with virtually everything you said. I hope it is clear from my book that I struggled with the concept of an Infinite I, to the extent of not knowing exactly what to call it. I knew we needed a different model that the "standard," and I knew that there must exist some form of consciousness on the other side of the Field choosing our holographic experiences - and that we have for centuries incorrectly interpreted this as "cause and effect." Since writing the book 10 years ago, and with the growing consensus that we are actually living in an ancestor simulation, I suspect that the Infinite I might in fact be that "snot-nosed sitting in front of his computer in the basement of his parents’ house somewhere in an alien civilization programming our world purely for his own entertainment," as Neil DeGrasse Tyson posits.

IndiaDear Sweety,
Very happy that I could be of service to you and others. Even happier that I could do it for free. (My Infinite I arranges all the money needed to keep the book available at no charge.)

Washington StateDear Tom,
Yes, I definitely notice a change in the experiences my Infinite I sends to me once I change my reaction/response. It sounds like you don't, so I also want to emphasize that this is not a cookie-cutter model and each Player can have their own personal experience of it. Your Infinite I might keep its experiences for you the same for a reason; it doesn't mean you've done something (The Process or SA!) wrong. And you may or may not eventually find out why your Infinite I is behaving that way.
And as far as "hearing about challenges faced, seeming failures, surprising outcomes, and frailties," I agree. My hope for this Guestbook was just that - to give people applying the model the chance to share their results and their thoughts, which definitely include "I know there [are] no bullets, yet I still duck." It's very important to me to keep this discussion real and stay away from the pie-in-the-sky claims of other "self-help" theories.
